DPHSR is a charitable organisation based in Johnstone, Renfrewshire. We provide housing information and advice to disabled people living in the Renfrewshire area of Scotland. Our clients include couples, families, and single people who are affected by disability and/or ill health. We look at their housing issues from their point-of-view and help find solutions that they find acceptable. Many of our clients need help to find a better place to live. Or they may just need guidance on how to correctly fill in housing application forms. Many people are simply looking for information on services and adaptations that will allow them to stay in their existing homes. As a result of the services that we provide, our clients, their families and carers: Are more likely to have their needs acknowledged and met. Are able to live more independently. Can be a part of the wider Renfrewshire community. Experience reduced stress and frustration in their daily life. Achieve a better quality of life.
